At the heart of NorthPine Homes is husband and wife, Nick and Cassie — bringing together construction, design, and a shared commitment to creating homes built with purpose and intention; Redefining the Standards of Quality in Residential Building.
Nick | President | Director of Construction
Nick brings the construction expertise and the value of relationships with our industry partners. His hands-on and detail-oriented approach is intentional. He founded NorthPine Homes around a quality-over-quantity philosophy. Rather than taking on a volume of projects that requires layers of management between the builder and the finished product, Nick intentionally maintains a more focused approach. This allows him to remain personally involved in each home and ensures that the standards established at the beginning of a project remain the standards carried through to completion and delivery.
Cassie | Designer | Marketing Manager
Cassie brings the design vision, creativity, industry knowledge, and attention to detail. She is constantly studying the industry — following new materials, emerging design trends, innovative products, and the ways people are living in their homes today. She has an eye for what's current, but also understands that every design decision should have a purpose, feel cohesive, and make sense for the way a family actually lives.
